We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We offer one-time replacements for products damaged in transit only; damage claims must include photographic evidence and are subject to review, with one replacement per customer per order. Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse, and we are not responsible for improper storage, handling, or reconstitution of products after delivery.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use products for human or animal consumption, or in any manner inconsistent with their intended research use

Manufacturing Partners

All products offered through the website are produced by independent third-party manufacturing partners. Purple Peptides does not itself manufacture, synthesize, formulate, or package any product. References on the website to quality procedures, synthesis, purification, or packaging describe processes performed by those manufacturing partners and by independent third-party testing laboratories.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Peptides is not responsible or liable for any act, omission, negligence, error, or defect attributable to any manufacturing partner or other third-party supplier or testing laboratory, including manufacturing or packaging defects, contamination, mislabeling, variances in purity, identity, or composition, or delays in production or supply. Certificates of Analysis are prepared by independent laboratories, reflect testing results at the time of analysis, and are provided as-is.

Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any products from Purple Peptides is at your sole and exclusive risk. Purple Peptides sells research chemicals intended solely for in-vitro laboratory use. By purchasing any product, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the product, including risks arising from improper storage, handling, contamination, degradation, misuse, or any application of the product to any human or animal. You waive any and all claims against Purple Peptides arising from your use or misuse of products to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any regulatory action, investigation, or enforcement proceeding brought against Purple Peptides as a result of your actions, statements, or use of products

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

Termination

Purple Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the website at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion — including violation of these Terms, suspected misuse of products, or failure to provide satisfactory research credentials upon request. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations under these Terms, including indemnification.

Partner Program

Purple Peptides may offer a partner or referral program that allows eligible members to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links. Commission rates, qualifying purchases, payout thresholds, and payout schedules are determined by Purple Peptides at its sole discretion and may be modified, withheld, or revoked at any time. We may suspend or terminate participation at any time, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.

Partners are solely responsible for all content, advertising, claims, and representations they make. All partner content must comply with these Terms — including the prohibitions on health claims, dosing information, and representations of human or animal use — and with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Peptides from any claims arising from your partner activities.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Binding arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any products purchased from Purple Peptides shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted by a single arbitrator in the State of Wyoming.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Purple Peptides.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
